Pursuant to the Article 24 of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 1182, with amendments) we inform that:
1. The University of Gdańsk with its seat in Gdańsk, 80-309, at Bażyńskiego Street 8 shall be the administrator of your personal data.
2. Personal data shall be processed for the purpose of recruitment and organization of studies.
3. You are entitled to access your data and amend it.
4. Submitting personal data is voluntary, however, necessary to accomplish the goals presented in item 2.
Zgodnie z art. 24 ustawy z dnia 29 sierpnia 1997 o ochronie danych osobowych informujemy, że:
1. Administratorem Pani/a danych osobowych jest Uniwersytet Gdański, z siedzibą w Gdańsku przy ul. Bażyńskiego 8, kod pocztowy 80-306.
2. Dane są przetwarzane w celach związanych z rekrutacją i organizacją studiów.
3. Przysługuje Panu/i prawo wglądu do treści swoich danych oraz ich poprawiania.
4. Podawanie danych osobowych jest dobrowolne, lecz jest niezbędne do realizacji celów określonych w punkcie 2.
